What do I need to report a claim?

If your claim involves a motor vehicle you will require the following information:

• Your policy number
• Driver and Vehicle information for all others involved in the accident
• Insurance information for the other parties - Insurance Company Name - Policy Number
• A police report including the Name and Badge number of the reporting officer

If you have been involved in an accident, you must report the accident at the nearest Collision Reporting Centre before you report the claim to us.

If your claim involves your personal property, you will require the following information:

• Your policy number
• A detailed description of the claim
• A Police report including the Name and Badge number of the reporting officer (Only if the Police have been called)
• Name and contact information of any other person who have been affected by the claim

If your claim involves your business you will require the following information:

• Your policy number
• A detailed description of the claim
• A police report Including the Name and Badge number of the reporting Officer (Only if the Police have been called)
• Name and contact information of any other person who have been affected by the claim
